You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Pineapple grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes and, if you are a prospective customer, partner, or investor, for purposes of evaluating our products and services. If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other materials through the Site or by email ("Submissions"), you agree that Submissions are non-confidential, and you grant Pineapple a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit Submissions for any purpose without compensation to you. Do not send us any information you consider confidential or proprietary.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. Pineapple does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites or their content, and linking does not constitute endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms and policies.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pineapple and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Pineapple may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pineapple regarding the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
