Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 21, 2026
uTour, Inc. d/b/a Pineapple ("Pineapple," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information from visitors to www.pineapplemultifamily.com and related pages we operate (the "Site").
Heads up: This policy covers our marketing website only. If you are a prospective renter using a Pineapple kiosk or the resident-facing self-tour experience at a property, a separate privacy notice and terms of service apply to that experience, which the property manager or the tour application will present to you at the time of use.

When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, sign up for our newsletter, or email us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, job title, and any message you send. You do not need to give us this information to browse the Site.
Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including:

We use this information to understand how visitors use the Site, improve content and performance, and protect against fraud and abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels and web beacons) to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how visitors interact with our content. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to work; others are used for analytics and marketing. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not function correctly without them.
Analytics
We use third-party analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand Site traffic and usage. These providers may set their own cookies and collect information about your use of the Site. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or materials you request

We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share information
We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. We use vendors for hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM, and similar functions. These providers access information only to perform services for us and are contractually obligated to protect it.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or the rights of others, or investigate fraud or security issues.
- Business transfers. If Pineapple is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change that materially affects your information.
- With your consent. We may share information in other ways when you direct us to or give us permission.
4. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
